WIN IT FORWARD GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:

The WIN IT FORWARD GIVEAWAY begins on 1 February 2021 and ends on 28 February 2021 (the Promotion Period).

The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Green Overall (The Sponsor). By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Giveaway. Entrants should look solely to The Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Giveaway. The Sponsor may be reached by email at admin@greenoverall.co.za during the Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of Nelson Mandela Bay Area, South Africa who are 18 and older. The Sponsor, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees, are ineligible to enter the Giveaway or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. ‘Household Members’ shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. ‘Immediate Family Members’ shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. This Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

HOW TO ENTER:

Enter the Giveaway during the Promotion Period online by visiting the entry form, which can be found on the following website at WIN IT FORWARD GIVEAWAY. Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by the Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/Giveaway subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

WINNER SELECTION:

The Winner(s) of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted within about 7 days after the Promotion Period by The Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The Winner and the Win if forward friend will be notified by email at the email addresses provided in the Entry Information approximately within 7 days after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept the prize by email as directed by The Sponsor within 7 days of notification. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.

Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively ‘the Prize Claim Documents’). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by The Sponsor.

PRIVACY:

By entering the Giveaway, you grant The Sponsor permission to share your email address and any other personally identifiable information. Subscribing to email notifications is part of entering, but entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

LIMITATION of LIABILITY:

By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Green Overall and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

DISPUTES:

This Giveaway IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF SOUTH AFRICA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

• 1 x Downpipe Sifting Device on a downpipe near the tank’s position
